Estimate feature
The estimate feature can setup by following steps along with graphical representation as below
- Estimate number auto generated configure at initial system configuration
- Select client from list to create the estimate
- Select the currency from list to create the estimate
- Create estimate validity by selecting date from calendar to create estimate
- Select the product from list or create if not exist by click on
button to create the estimate
- Enter the HSN/SAC specific product number to create the estimate
- Enter the quantity/hours of product or services to create estimate
- Select the tax from list of add new tax by click on button
- Enter the discount percentage or discount amount
- Enter any note
- Click
