Ticket Dashboard 

Tickets Dashboard show the tickets generated in the system by click the button and details are explained as followed.

• Select the date range as far as the data is concerned.
• A tail of tabs shows total unresolved tickets, and total unassigned tickets
• An area with Pie chart to show to see type wise tickets and status wise tickets and can download the data from the portal.
• A table to show list of channel wise tickets and list of new tickets
