Ticket Form Feature

A ticket form is used to get tickets from clients and system users. Following are the steps to manage the ticket form

• Click on the made changes in the form.
• Click on the type field to enable/disable in form
• Click on the priority field to enable/disable form
• Click on the Google captcha field to enable/disable in form
• Copy the iframe snippet to embed in any web application
